Happy children learn best - our methodology

A positive environment has significant effects. We create an environment where both teachers and students can succeed and feel they are good people.

See the Good! is a scientifically proven method based on the very latest research in positive pedagogy. Our method teaches children to cultivate positive emotions and recognize strengths in themselves and others. It guides teachers, inspires and motivates students, and promotes collaboration between the home and school.

Laying the foundations for teachers and students

See the Good! shows you how to recognize, communicate and document your students' strengths.

Strength mindset

We nourish what we put our attention on. Everything begins with a mindset that consciously and actively recognizes each child's resources, strengths, skills and potential.

Strength language

Words matter. With encouraging feedback, you verbalize each child's strengths. In this way, students become aware of how to achieve positive results consistently.

Strength documentation

Moving forward is easier when you know where you have been. With photos and notes, a success story is created for each student and the whole group.

Our method: An overview

A clear path to strength mindset, strength language and strength documentation for the whole school.

Based in research

Our method is research based. As human beings we are conditioned to be more aware of the negative. We are burdened with a negativity bias. Against one negative encounter, we need 6-7 positives to counter that negative experience.

Begin the process

It all starts with you. You are the torchbearer and your work inspires those around you. By identifying your own and your co-workers’ strengths, you can identify and notice the students’ strengths.

When we focus on what is already strong, what is working, we can strengthen everything. Even those parts that are not that strong.
