How to do it – Laying the foundations
School staff are taught the basics of positive psychology and a strengths-based approach to the challenges of everyday life.
Participants learn what positive pedagogy is and how it affects children's well-being.
Educators become adept at identifying their students' strengths and using them in their educational planning.
In addition, everyone gets new ways to help children and young people develop social and emotional skills. They learn how to promote mutual appreciation and strengthen group dynamics.

This module covers the basics of positive pedagogy, positive interaction and how to recognize the good in every child and young person. It focuses on identifying and documenting individual strengths.
Socio-emotional skills
This module shows you how to build socio-emotional skills and strengths. You'll also learn how to document success at both the individual and group level.
Cooperation with parents
Learn how to build positive interaction and effective cooperation with students' guardians.
Collegial well-being
KThis module provides knowledge and tools for positive leadership, work community skills, successful teamwork. It enables you to enhance the well-being of the work community.
Responding to challenging behavior
This module covers how deal with a child whose behavior is perceived as challenging and respond to it using positive pedagogy.
